Ireland’s financial black hole

In this whole debt crisis mess, Ireland is widely forgotten by the media. However, far from being recovering from the banking crisis, the country is still struggling to reduce its public debt, highly related to the bailout of the banking system.

At the epicenter of the issue, there is Anglo Irish Bank, first financial institution to collapse in 2008. The bank has no customers anymore, but still costs a lot to Irish taxpayers, since the Government keep on repaying the privates creditors of the zombie bank.

A situation the Irish People is not willing to accept for ever.
